Takarmány beszerzése DBR két részben. Ajánlatkérő a DBR-ben megvalósítandó konkrét közbeszerzésre vonatkozó pontos műszaki leírást - a Kbt. 107. § (2) bekezdésének megfelelően - és szerződéses feltételeket a DBR-ben részt vevő gazdasági szereplők számára az ajánlattételi felhívás megküldésével egyidejűleg bocsátja rendelkezésre. Az ajánlattételre felkért gazdasági szereplők ennek birtokában, az ajánlattételi szakaszban tehetik meg az ajánlatukat!
