Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the organisation and delivery of category C driving licence courses + an accelerated initial qualification course with State examinations, divided into three partial tasks (packages) depending on the place where the service is to be provided.
(2) The subject-matter of the contract is part of a larger contract carried out throughout the country on the basis of power of attorney No KG.BPEW.012.1.21.2018 of 21 February 2018 awarded by the Commander-in-Chief of the Voluntary Labour Office in Warsaw.
(3) This is a contract for professional courses awarded in lots and the total value of the contract in all the organisational units of the VLC implementing the project exceeds the equivalent of the amount specified in Article 138 g of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. exceeds the equivalent of EUR 750000.
(4) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in work B in the document – Conditions for the performance of the Public Contract for Social Services (WRZPnUS).
