Description

The city of Bruchsal is the public transport authority for its territory of the city of Bruchsal and intends to directly award both the planning, construction and operation of passenger transport services by bus to its own general contractor, Stadtbusverkehr Bruchsal GmbH. The direct award is to be made with effect from 11 December 2016. The public service contract as described above covers, in particular, passenger transport services in the urban transport bundle breaksal with the lines:
— 181 Bruchsal Südstadt-Rendezvous-Eggerten-Weiherberg;
— 182 Bruchsal Am Mantel-Rendezvous-Krankenhaus-Augsteiner-Rendezvous-Am Mantel;
— 183 Bruchsal Am Mantel-Rendezvous-Augsteiner-Krankenhaus-Rendezvous-Am mantle;
— 185 Bruchsal Rendezvous-Heidelsheim-Helmsheim-Obergrombach-Untergrombach-Büchenau-Bruchsal Rendezvous;
— 186 Bruchsal Rendezvous-Büchenau-Untergrombach-Obergrombach-Helmsheim-Heidelsheim-Bruchsal Rendezvous.
Total expected 52.3 km.
The above-mentioned line licences are granted as a combined service. Applications for partial benefits are not admissible.
The services provided on these lines are expected to be in line with the timetables and the local transport plan in force on 11 December 2015. The basic quantitative and qualitative requirements for the transport offer are set out in the local transport plan and from the qualitative and quantitative requirements laid down in this prior notice for the provision of transport services by the city of Bruchsal as the body responsible for local public transport.
