Acord-cadru de FURNIZARE DIVERSE PRODUSE ALIMENTARE, perioada 12 luni, 67 loturi, conform Caietului de sarcini. Acordul-cadru va fi încheiat cu un singur operator economic. Acordul cadru poate fi modificat prin act aditional pe durata de valabilitate al acestuia, cu acordul ambelor parti, in conformitate cu art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, modificata. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare in a 10-a zi, inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
