The post-warranty maintenance of the Automated System for Technical Monitoring of the Bulgarian-Serbian Border in the region of the GPU-Kalotina (ACTN) should ensure its continuous and overall functioning, as within the framework of the maintenance all faults of elements of the system should be corrected and spare parts, components and consumables necessary for the daily maintenance of equipment from the ACTN composition should be delivered. ACTH includes: Fixed technical monitoring post (STS) Golochel; SDR Grandpa Gorcho; Local Coordination Centre (LCC) – Kalotina GPU; Communication Point (CPO) Dragoil; Communication point BCP-Kalotina. Activities within the scope of maintenance are: 1. Scheduled/periodic maintenance of the equipment specified in App. No 1.1 and in Pril. No 1.2 specifies the specific activities and the place of their implementation. The service also includes measurement of the transitional resistances of the protective grounding and lightning protection installations of the elements of ACTH, to be carried out annually under appropriate meteorological conditions, according to a schedule agreed with the Contracting Authority and locally according to App. No 1.2. 2. Diagnosing, locating and repairing damaged items in the equipment specified in Pril. No 1.1 and marked with an ‘X’ in box No 4 shall be carried out following notification of a failure by the contracting authority. The period within which a technical team will arrive on site and begin troubleshooting activities shall not exceed 24 hours from notification to the Contractor. 3. Diagnosing, locating and repairing the servers and the installed software of all components of the Automated System and bringing it to full functionality is done after notification of a problem by the Assignor or persons authorized by him. If necessary, the Contractor shall provide and/or renew licenses for the software installed and used by the components of the Automated System, check for any problems in the interconnectivity of the software components, communication interfaces, exchange protocols and databases responsible for the integration of the peripheral systems into a common ACTN Kalotina. Update the radio relay network management and monitoring software to the latest version. ACTH management system software contains standard, specialized and specially developed software modules for the specific ACTH, as well as developed integration interfaces to the delivered sensors and cameras. Repairs of damaged items in the equipment specified in Pril. No 1.1. and marked with an ‘X’ in box No 5 shall be carried out following a specific request for damage by the Contracting Authority. 6. Delivery of spare parts, components and consumables necessary for the daily maintenance of ACTH elements is carried out in accordance with App. No 1.3. The implementation of the activities referred to in points 5 and 6 shall be carried out following specific requests made within the duration of the specific contract concluded on the basis of the framework agreement.
