Description

For the construction of the new primary school in Wertheim, the building construction department of the municipality will develop planning phases 1 to 2 with the support of an external planner. The following services will be awarded under this contract notice: Lot 1: Services under the HOAI Part 4 Section 2, Section 55 et seq. – Technical planning of technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7.1 (kitchen engineering installations) and 8 (HLS). The contract is awarded in stages, first stage 1 = LPH 3-4, then stage 2 = LPH. 5 to 9. Lots 2 (electrical technical equipment), lots 3 (works design), lot 4 (object design) and lot 5 (free installations) will be tendered simultaneously in a parallel procedure.
