The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of medicinal products containing the active substance Evolokumab with a strength of 140 mg in the form of a solution for injection in a pre-filled pen in a pack of 2. Continuous deliveries of medicinal products will be made on the basis of partial orders issued according to the customer's current needs for a period of two years from the date of entry into force of the Purchase Agreement.
