The subject of the public contract is the preparation of spatial and environmental documentation for the installation of the TEO Ljubljana waste energy use facility and the adoption of the OPPN for the expansion of the Barje Non-Hazardous Waste Repository (hereinafter also: the TEO project). The framework agreement shall be concluded with the successful tenderer for a period of 36 months from the conclusion of the framework agreement or until the adoption of the OPPN or until the estimated value of the framework agreement has been exhausted, whichever is the earlier. The successful tenderer will provide engineering, design and professional support services in the process of adopting the OPPN for PUSP. Expert support is also expected in the framework of all public hearings and meetings or coordinations at the competent ministries, where design or expert support for specific areas is required. The project contract is intended for the implementation of all activities and the preparation of documents required until the completion of the OPPN procedure for the PUSP, which ends with the adoption of the OPPN by the City Council of the Municipality of Ljubljana and its official publication.
