Description

Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Lieferung und Aufstellung ein vollautomatischen 200-mm-Wafer-Probers. Der Wafer Prober muss für den Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt sein und sollte über fortschrittliche Funktionen für die Handhabung von Wafern und Kassetten verfügen, um mehrere Wafer aufzunehmen und so den Durchsatz erheblich zu steigern. Diese Prüfstation muss für die Charakterisierung von Geräten, die Prüfung der elektrischen Zuverlässigkeit und spezielle Produktionsanwendungen optimiert sein und präzise elektrische Messungen über extrem rauscharme, Gleichstrom-, HF-, mmW- und THz-Frequenzen ermöglichen.
