The subject of the procurement is design services with design supervision for the renovation of buildings damaged by the earthquake, as regulated by the Act on the Reconstruction of Buildings Damaged by the Earthquake in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (Official Gazette, No. 21/23; hereinafter: Act on Reconstruction), Decision on the Adoption of the Programme of Measures for the Reconstruction of Buildings Damaged by Earthquake in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (Official Gazette, No. 28/23; hereinafter: Programme of measures), the Rules on the content and technical elements of reconstruction projects, the project for the removal of buildings, the project for the construction of a replacement family house and the project for the construction of an apartment and residential-business building damaged by an earthquake in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (NN No 28/23; hereinafter: Rules on the content and technical elements of renovation projects) and in accordance with other relevant legal and subordinate legislation applicable in relation to the subject matter of the procurement and the implementation of public procurement contracts, and any subsequent amendments to these regulations.
