Description

The Centre for the Management of the Territorial Public Service of Lozère, represented by its President, is carrying out this consultation with a view to subscribing to a participation agreement for the protection of the supplementary pension of territorial staff of local authorities and public institutions of Lozère, in application of the texts and regulations in force. The group insurance contract thus subscribed will take effect on 1 January 2026. Membership of public authorities or institutions will be optional. A single lot will be proposed, comprising: -A basic offer -A superior offer offering enhanced guarantees -2 possible additional benefits as a guarantee of an education pension and increased temporary incapacity for contract staff. The local authorities will be engaged in an accompanying agreement with the CDG, relating to the implementation and piloting of the contract during the duration of the contract. An annual contribution will be called by the CDG to this effect from the employer.
