1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan of up to PLN 5 000 000.00 (in words: five million zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit of the district in 2024. 2. Deadline for granting the loan: The Contractor will place funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party on the day of signing the contract, and the loan will be launched at the request of the Ordering Party in the amount and time specified by the Ordering Party not longer than 2 days from the date of submitting the request for payment to the account indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the reported demand.
