1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete project and cost documentation (Stage I) for the task of small mountain retention located in the Bielsko Forest District to the extent and degree of accuracy necessary to carry out the procedure for the award of a public works contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, together with all expert opinions, studies, arrangements, opinions and decisions necessary to obtain the final construction permit and notifications or decisions necessary to start construction works (hereinafter: design documentation) together with the transfer of author's property rights to the completed documentation, and performing author's supervision (Stage II) during the implementation of the investment from the date of commencement of construction works to the date of protocol acceptance of the execution of construction works without reservations . In the event of circumstances as a result of which the Ordering Party will not receive funds for the implementation of construction works, the Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the performance of Stage II, and the Contractor will not bring claims against the Ordering Party on this basis. 2.
