Description

The purchase of cleaning products, household items, household items and catering items is necessary for the beneficiaries in the subordinated social services units, as well as the headquarters of D.G.A.S.P.C. Prahova, and is part of the activities leading to the achievement of minimum quality standards for residential social services, namely social services with accommodation, intended for children/adults in the social protection system, as well as the use of the allocated budgetary funds. The requested assortments and quantities of products are grouped into 2 (two) lots, according to the Specifications. Supply contracts will be awarded per lot and for the entire quantity of the lot. Contracts shall be awarded for the minimum quantity of products. The minimum quantity is the quantity covered by this procedure, which is required until 31 December 2025, and the maximum quantity also includes any supplements. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 17 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
