The provision of the services referred to in point 1 shall consist of: a. periodic (at least twice during the term of the contract) checking of the efficiency of street lighting infrastructure and ensuring that all light sources are illuminated at fixed times, together with the regulation of lighting controllers – mandatory in September (required protocol or protocols for checking), b. regulation of astronomical clocks twice a year, c. performing visual inspections, measurements and other operational works in accordance with the PB, PE and IRIESD ‘Instructions for the operation and operation of the distribution network, which has been approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, d. replacement of defective street lighting elements, in particular immediate removal of failures of light points located in places important for traffic, i.e. within intersections, pedestrian crossings, schools and kindergartens, e. disposal of used light sources and other dismantled network elements resulting from replacement, f. liquidation and securing the pole or lighting devices damaged as a result of collision, g. locating and repairing damage to the cable, overhead line and lighting installation, replacing damaged sections of the network and constantly maintaining them in proper technical condition, h. providing professional service, equipment with means of transport and appropriate equipment at the contractor's disposal, as well as carrying out all works by persons with appropriate rights, and. performing control detours (as agreed by the parties, but not more than twice during the term of the contract) - the means of transport is provided by the Contractor, j. ensuring the technical efficiency of lighting by maintaining it in proper condition, including: cleaning of soiled internal surfaces of lampshades, replacement of worn or damaged elements (whole luminaires, light sources, complete sockets, fuses, contactors, chokes, ignition systems, capacitors, doors, replenishment of clamps and other elements of poles, etc.), in order to protect against a decrease in lighting efficiency – regarding the property of the Contractor and the municipality where the installation of lighting fixtures (up to 30 pcs.) is carried out, if technically possible and in places mutually agreed on the existing infrastructure owned by the Contractor.
