Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de nettoyage des locaux de la Scène nationale Le Volcan, située 24 place Niemeyer au Havre. Ces locaux comprennent des espaces recevant du public, des zones techniques et des locaux de travail. Le marché comprend : Des prestations récurrentes hebdomadaires, à facturation forfaitaire. Des prestations à la demande, déclenchées selon les besoins de programmation. Des interventions spécifiques facturées à l'heure pour des tâches ponctuelles particulières. En complément, le titulaire devra signaler toute anomalie constatée dans l'établissement : dégradations, fuites, ampoules grillées, etc.
