Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa sprzętu medycznego, zwanych dalej również artykułami medycznymi dla potrzeb oddziałów Szpitala Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., zamawianych przez aptekę szpitalną w ilości, asortymencie oraz wymaganiach bezwzględnych określonych w formularzu cenowym – załącznik nr 1 do SIWZ. Dostawa artykułów medycznych będzie realizowana na podstawie zamówień częściowych na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy do Apteki szpitalnej w terminie do 3 dni roboczych od chwili złożenia zamówienia. Dostawy będą realizowane w terminie 12 miesięcy począwszy od dnia podpisania umowy.
