Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le présent marché composite a pour objet la maintenance de l'ensemble des ascenseurs du parc immobilier de Presqu'île Habitat ainsi que des travaux de mise en conformité, modernisation ou remplacement des ascenseurs identifiés. Ce marché composite fixe toutes les conditions des prestations prévisibles traitées à prix global et forfaitaire et des prestations ponctuelles traitées par prix unitaire, cette seconde partie est exécutée au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur
