Description

This contract concerns the operation and management of heating, ventilation, domestic hot water and water treatment installations in the town of Thumeries. This contract comprises the following services: The supply of fuel for a fixed-temperature service with an incentive to save energy depending on the buildings (item P1); The unit supply of m³ of heated water for sanitary use (item P1/2) depending on the buildings; Flat-rate running and maintenance services for heating, domestic hot water, water treatment and ventilation installations for all technical equipment (Item P2); Flat-rate provision of resources for combating the proliferation of legionella (Item P2); Monitoring of regulatory visits to the technical installations entrusted (Item P2); The all-inclusive guarantee service for all the technical equipment to be paid by the Contractor in accordance with the service limits defined in the CCTP, with a distribution clause at the end of the contract (Item P3).
