Description

The necessary IT system is intended to reflect the entire work of the funding administration, in particular taking into account the allocation of ESF funds. Depending on funding, the legal provisions, regulations, guidelines and other provisions of the Land, the Federal Government and the EU (in particular the EU Regulation on the ESF for the 2014-2020 funding period) must be taken into account for the management and control of funding projects. The IT system shall comply with the principles of proper computerised accounting systems (GoBS) and the Technical Commission for Information Technology of the Institute of Auditors and shall comply with the relevant data protection requirements. Provision, implementation, maintenance and maintenance of the IT system for the management of funding programmes are provided on the basis of the EVB-IT system, see Annex II.1.5) to be sent by email to the contact point in accordance with I.1)
