Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η μαζική ψηφιοποίηση περίπου 27.000 φακέλων των αιτήσεων σύνδεσης των υποστατικών με το δημόσιο αποχετευτικό σύστημα, η παροχή ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος θέασης τους και η μετακίνηση και φύλαξη των φυσικών φακέλων σε ασφαλή χώρο εκτός των γραφείων του ΣΑΛΑ. Η διάρκεια εκτέλεσης του αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης είναι τριάντα έξι (36) μήνες από την ημερομηνία έναρξης της υλοποίησης του Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης.
