1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices used in neurosurgical procedures for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the FTZ. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Partial tenders are defined as individual packages set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.
