Description

The device is an experimental platform consisting of an octagonal underwater test basin with a diameter of 6 meters (round equivalent), a maximum height of 3 meters and correspondingly at least 2.8 meters of water column in a seawater and chlorine-resistant V4A stainless steel construction. The integration of 3 large side windows and an automated water purification system will take place. In the experimental platform, cameras can also be installed in the 8 corners and positioned variably in the water column. In addition, a scientific support system for the mechanical installation of test setups within the experimental platform is required, which can be lowered to the bottom of the test environment for different experiments and also variably positioned in the water column.
