In accordance with Chapter 14, Section 4 of the Act (2016:1146) on procurement in the utilities sectors (LUF), Svenska kraftnät has established a qualification system for Svenska kraftnät’s procurements of new constructions and reconstructions of 220 and 400 kV transmission substations. In order to participate in procurements within the qualification system, the supplier must have been qualified and approved by Svenska kraftnät in accordance with the attached qualification document, and be registered in Achilles Utilities NCE (Achilles Utilities Nordics & Central Europe, www.achilles.com/utilities-nce/) under code 4.5.18 "Total subcontracting for switchgear, distribution". The requirements in the attached qualification document may be updated if necessary. Svenska kraftnät will notify suppliers of changes and any additions that the supplier may then need to submit in order to continue to be qualified in the qualification system. Svenska kraftnät may also discontinue the qualification system. The qualification system is valid until further notice and applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis.
