Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de pianos pour l'Opéra national de Paris. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents, tels que régis par les articles R. 2162-2 du code de la commande publique, conclu sans montant annuel minimum et avec un montant annuel maximum fixé à 200 000 euro(s) HT, pour lequel il sera sélectionné 3 opérateurs économiques, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats. Le Cahier des caractéristiques et modalités d'exécution relatif à l'accord-cadre (CCME) fixe les termes contractuels généraux entre l'Opéra national de Paris et les Titulaires de l'accord-cadre, pour la conclusion de marchés subséquents relatifs à la fourniture de pianos. La présente consultation concerne : - L'accord-cadre relatif à la fourniture de pianos pour l'Opéra national de Paris (AC-24-DMU-008) ; - Et le marché subséquent n°1 (MS-24-DMU-001) passé sur le fondement de l'accord-cadre
