Minimum annual amount: EUR 80000 excluding VAT Maximum annual amount: 460 000 euro(s) excl. tax Term of one year renewable twice The framework agreement will be implemented by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Subsequent contracts shall be awarded after reopening of competition by all holders of the framework agreement. This reopening of competition occurs when the need arises. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services of project management are regulated by fixed prices. Supplementary assistance services will be paid for either by flat-rate prices or by unit prices.
