Description

The target of the acquisition is the tendering of the right to use restaurant Halstar, located in Lohja City Hall. The contract covers services relating to the manufacture, distribution, sale and serving of food and beverage products. A four-year concession contract will be signed with an approved supplier for the period 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2029. By decision of the subscriber, it is possible to extend the agreement for two (2) one-year option periods. The Customer shall notify the Customer of the exercise of the option at least four (4) months before the end of the contract period. The successful supplier will pay rent for the premises in accordance with point 9 of the draft contract annexed to the invitation to tender.
