Market divided into 2 lots. LOT 1: Coordination/monitoring of works during a SHEM project to replace forced pipes located in the city of SOULOM (65260). This work shall include, in order of importance: - Replacement of low-fall forced pipes - Replacement of guard valves - The General Revision (RG) of the turbine/low-fall alternator units 1 and 2 These works include both mechanical and civil engineering specificities. The entire service requested will run from February 2026 until the completion of the works scheduled for January 2028. In order to monitor and control the work, the Technical Directorate, Realisations Service (DT-REA) is launching a consultation for this task. This mission is based on the site of the works, and carried out under the responsibility of the project manager of the SHEM, in direct connection with the project manager of the operation. LOT 2: Mission of Coordinator/Work Controller for the upgrading of the flood-evacuator of the Oredon dam. A new flood drain will be created on the site of the Oredon dam (Hautes Pyrénées, municipality of Aragnouet). The works are exclusively civil engineering and include in particular: - Mechanised aerial earthworks and explosives to create the upstream structure (auge) - Geotechnical work to secure the slopes against the risks of falling blocks and to carry out the wall nailed - General installation work, various site logistics - Underground earthworks by mining with explosives to create a hydraulic gallery of 5.30 m in diameter (horse-iron section) on approximately 127 ml), as well as associated support work (projected concrete, bolts, hangers, etc.) - Civil engineering to create the new upstream structure - Civil engineering to carry out the gaerie cladding In order to ensure the monitoring and control of the works, the Technical Directorate, Realisations Service (DT-REA) is launching a consultation for this mission. Early periods and duration of the mission: - The initial mission is scheduled from February 2026 to April 2028. That period includes a period of site preparation and integration into SHEM (between February 2026 and March 2026) potentially carried out at SHEM’s head office in Balma. - Estimated duration: 21 months full-time Planning and duration could change depending on the evolution of the work in progress.
