Description

The City Council of Majadahonda has signed a Collaboration Agreement with the Vice-Presidency, Ministry of Education and Universities of the Community of Madrid, for the operation of the Schools of municipal ownership attached to the Network of Children's Schools of the Community of Madrid. Through this agreement, the Department of Education of the City of Majadahonda is delegated competences in the management of public educational services. On the basis of Article 27(4) of Law 7/1985 of 2 April 1985 regulating the rules of local government, which states that ā€˜the delegating administration may, in order to direct and control the performance of delegated services, issue general technical instructions and collect, at any time, information on municipal management, as well as send commissioners and formulate the relevant requirements to remedy the deficiencies observed.
