Description

This consultation concerns administrative housing services falling within the category of social services under an open adapted procedure regardless of the estimated amount of the need pursuant to Article R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Order Code. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders, the terms of which are laid down in the CCAP. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded as from 1 January 2026. It is tacitly renewable twice with an end date of 31 December 2028. The time limits for performance or delivery of the services shall be fixed on each order form in accordance with the provisions of the documents in the framework agreement. For the first year, the annual flat-rate services under components 1 and 2 of the territorial pact, the notification of the framework agreement will have the effect of starting the services concerned and this notification will then be valid as an order form. For subsequent years, if the framework agreement is renewed tacitly, these same benefits will take effect on 1 January of these two financial years.
