As part of its task of urban renewal in the Hague Plateau district, the Grand Nancy WMO is planning to:
— the demolition of Bouleaux D1 and D2, located in Nancy (1 to 6 and 7 to 12, rue de la Bergamote);
— the demolition of the Panoramic Tower, located at rue des Aulnes in Maxéville;
the partial demolition of Cèdre Bleu (rue Jean Mihé) and Tilleul Argenté (Laurent Bonnevay Street) in Nancy;
— rehabilitation of Cèdre Bleu (rue Jean Mihé) and Tilleul Argenté (Laurent Bonnevay Street) in Nancy.
Consequently, the purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out removal services on behalf of the tenants of the OPH de la Métropole du Grand Nancy, which must be relocated elsewhere.
