The use of an external TIS accredited quality assurance provider (hereinafter referred to as: TIS) for the integral, independent and expert quality control of both the design and the realization of standardized alloy buildings, distributed by the Netherlands at the Defence location. The TIS acts as an independent quality assurance body, with an independent position in the overall process. The deployment of the TIS is requested for the design and realization of industrial modular alloy buildings, including foundations.
