This is a preliminary market consultation on the public contract "Facility management of buildings of the Ministry of Finance in the territory of the city of Prague". Before launching the preliminary market consultation, the procuring entity shall envisage the following required activities: - professional activities, - activities related to the operation of the contracting authority's technological control room, - disinfection, rodent control, disinsectization, - provision of decoration, - care of greenery, horticultural services, cleaning of outdoor areas including washing of facades, - waste management (handling collection containers within the object or around the object of the Ministry of Finance, not removal), - moving within the buildings of Cihelná, - technical management of buildings and property, - inspection and professional inspections, fire protection of the object, - provision of maintenance and repair of property (furniture, interior equipment), small painting and varnishing works, small changes of carpets and - inspection of buildings and preparation of a maintenance plan. The contracting authority shall invite the suppliers registered in a timely manner to an oral hearing; in the case of suppliers registered after the deadline, it may do so depending on its administrative capacity. The contracting authority would like to conclude the oral proceedings by 23. 5. 2025. The procuring entity will welcome suppliers who also include written documents in their application form, preferably in the form of a response to documents published on the procuring entity's profile.
