The subject of the VZ is the acceptance, removal and disposal of waste that occurs in black landfills in the area of the airport Plzeň - Líně. The areas with black landfills and types of waste are specified in Annexes 2 and 3 to the Treaty. Types of waste were laboratory tested for the concentration of substances and for the concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
