Description

The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance, improvement, renovation and repair of the fences of the buildings for the city and the Communal Social Action Centre (CCAS) of Levallois. The description of the services expected and their specifications are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) and the Unit Price Schedules for this contract. This contract is subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the "Code" throughout the consultation documents. It is classified as a works contract and is governed by the provisions of the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public works contracts approved by the Decree of 30 March 2021. It was awarded in accordance with the open invitation to tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. This contract constitutes a framework agreement with order forms, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Code. In the case of an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of 3 years, including renewal. The maximum value of the contract is EUR 1 500 000 excluding VAT, taking into account its duration and any renewals, i.e. a maximum annual amount of EUR 500 000 excluding VAT, of which EUR 30 000 excluding VAT is reserved for the CASC.
