THE TENDER CONCERNING THE SUPPLY OF FUEL BY THE SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SITIA FOR THE YEAR 2026-2027. SUPPLY IMPLEMENTING BODY IS THE MUNICIPALITY OF SITIA. THE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED BY AWARD CRITERION: THE HIGHEST DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE OF ONE HUNDRED (%) ON THE AVERAGE RETAIL PRICE OF EACH SPECIES DEVELOPED, AS ANNOUNCED BY THE MINISTRY OF DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT’S LIQUID FUEL PRICE OBSERVATION, FOR THE AREA OF N. LASITHOS, FOR ALL SPECIES. THIS PERCENTAGE CAN BE NEGATIVE, WITHOUT EXCEEDING 5% (No. 63, Law 4257/2014)
