Description

The Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH), the central promotional institute of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, advises, promotes and finances companies, private individuals and municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein. IB.SH is an institution under public law with legal capacity and holds a banking licence from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). The sole owner of IB.SH is the state of Schleswig-Holstein. It employs around 900 active employees. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ IB.SH aims to implement a modern and efficient personnel management system (HCM system) that will map all relevant HR processes. The aim of the HCM system is to significantly improve transparency, traceability and the flow of information within the HR department and for employees and managers in the departments. A uniform user interface should ensure intuitive usability, which should promote job satisfaction and motivation of employees. In addition, the system is designed to flexibly support future changes and adjustments in order to meet the dynamic requirements of IB.SH. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Process and organizational objectives: A central HR system for employees, managers and the HR department, mapping the entire lifecycle of employees, replacing the paper-based application system and the paper-based document storage, managing the personnel master data in your own system with an interface to the payroll accounting service provider, the possibility of workflows including transparency about the status of the processing, functions for employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS), the elimination of manual data collection and double data maintenance, employee data are centrally managed – Umsysteme can access it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The focus is therefore on creating a uniform platform that will provide employees with a contemporary HR landscape, offers a positive user experience and is fit for the future. The HCM system to be selected should therefore correspond to the current and future state of the art in terms of content, process, architecture and technology. HR employees and other persons and bodies involved in personnel processes (supervisors, decision-makers, personnel council, equality officers, representatives of the severely disabled) should be able to access the same platform within the framework of the workflows / approval processes. Due to the separate responsibilities, the mapping of several separate visual/editing rights is necessary. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
