Description

1.The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, integration and commissioning of additional modules of the rolling stock car wash as part of the investment task: ‘Design and execution of works for a task called: ‘Expansion and retrofitting of the technical facilities of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. in Katowice’ 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the FTZ (Draft provisions of the contract). 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the procedure referred to in Article 139 sec. 1 of the PPL Act, i.e. The Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the Procedure. 4. The proceedings will be conducted in Polish using electronic means of communication via the Purchaser's Platform at the following address: https://kolejeslaskie.eb2b.com.pl. The use of the Platform is free of charge. Changes and explanations of the content of the FTZ and other procurement documents directly related to the Procedure will be made available on the Platform. All statements, notices, explanations and other documents in the Proceedings, as well as the contract will be drawn up in Polish.
