Description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of security information audits and the provision of penetration tests, including related services. Audits and tests are used to verify and ensure an adequate level of security of systems, applications and infrastructure operated in the environment of the Ministry of Agriculture. A framework contract for the performance of a public contract shall be concluded for a fixed period, either for a period of 60 calendar months from its entry into force or until the threshold laid down in paragraph 5.2 of this contract (i.e. the maximum total price indicated by the Contractor in the point in question) has been reached. This is the reality that comes first. The total volume of services under the framework contract is limited to an upper limit of 250 man-days, i.e. 2000 man-hours. Detailed specifications of the subject of performance of the public contract and all commercial, payment and technical conditions are defined in the framework contract.
