Description

The subject of the public contract is the design and implementation of measures using the EPC method, i.e. with a guarantee for energy saving, in accordance with Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on Energy Management. The contracting authority shall require the participants in the procurement procedure to design and implement measures that ensure that the parameters for improving the energy performance of the building according to the specified minimum values, which are specified in the energy assessment of the building, are met. This is a comprehensive public contract involving the preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of implemented measures ensuring the required energy-efficient operation (for a period of at least 5 years), whereby the contractor with which the contract will be concluded will provide the contracting authority with a contractual guarantee for achieving the contractually stipulated energy savings and for achieving the expected economic benefits of the project. The contractor shall propose the implementation of the so-called mandatory measures specified in Article 2.6 of the tender specifications and propose other appropriate measures for the building and shall include all measures in the EPC project, which it shall subsequently implement in the building.
