The collective pension contract ensures to each member, the payment of benefits, according to the guarantee formula chosen at the time of the subscription of the contract, within the framework of the participation agreement under which it is concluded The agreement is concluded for a period of 6 years in accordance with Article 19 of Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 08, 2011. Guarantees must take effect on 1 January 2026 at 00:00. The term of the participation agreement shall be 31 December 2031.
