The subject of the contract is: ‘All year (current and winter) maintenance of national roads in the administration of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Rzeszów Branch, divided into 4 parts: Part 1 – maintenance of the national roads of the District in Przemyśl – A-4 motorway section Rzeszów Wschód (without junction) to Jarosław Zachód with (interchange) Part 2 – maintenance of the national roads G, GP of the District in Przemyśl Part 3 – maintenance of the national roads G, GP of the District in Lesko Part 4 – maintenance of the national roads G, GP and S of the District in Nisko.’ The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted in accordance with the division of the subject of the contract specified in point 6.1. These works will be settled at the prices specified by the Contractor for the basic contract for these works.
