Description

Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH (RVK) is a modern transport company that has the capacity, knowledge and binding goal of moving people in the Rhineland at the highest technical level. Together with its owners and clients, RVK is constantly working on the implementation of attractive, environmentally friendly and sustainable local transport. More than 920 Group employees ensure that more than 23 million passengers reach their destination safely each year. The core traffic area of the RVK extends over the district of Euskirchen, the Rheinisch-Bergische district and the Rhein-Sieg district on the left bank of the Rhine. In addition, RVK also provides its services in the cities of Cologne, Bonn, Leverkusen, Hürth, Brühl and Wesseling. The service is provided both on its own lines and on behalf of other transport companies. The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply of electricity (100% green electricity) for the supply of the RVK's operating sites and consumption points. Electricity is currently supplied for a total of 29 market locations at the sites: Cologne, Euskirchen, Overath, Bergisch Gladbach, Kall, Meckenheim, Wermelskirchen, Hürth, Brühl and Mechernich
