Description

The purpose of the contract is to define the technical conditions relating to the performance of preventive, corrective and miscellaneous maintenance services under a maintenance contract, defined below, for the equipment; lifts, load elevators, lifts and lifts of people composing the park of the city of Puteaux. Systematic preventive maintenance visits and interventions aim to maintain the level of safety, reduce the risk of breakdowns and maintain over time, the performance of materials or equipment at a level close to that of initial performance. The interventions due for corrective maintenance, which result in particular from the findings made during the systematic visits, are intended to keep the equipment in working order and to ensure the repair of the equipment following a failure. The licensee will be required to adjust the frequency and consistency of its visits in order to respect an interval of less than six (6) weeks between each maintenance visit.
