Description

Die Henneberg Kliniken Hildburghausen GmbH und die MEDINOS Kliniken des Landkreises Sonneberg GmbH mit ihren angeschlossenen MVZs und der Reha-Klinik Masserberg sind seit Oktober bzw. November 2024 zurück in kommunaler Trägerschaft. Beide sind Plankrankenhäuser der Versorgungsstufe I. Die MEDINOS KLINIKEN mit 305 Betten und das Klinikum Hildburghausen mit 155 Betten versorgen jährlich insgesamt ca. 15.000 stationäre Patienten. Der jährliche Umsatz beläuft sich auf ca. 90 Mio. EUR. Zum Aufbau einer zentralen Verwaltungsstruktur wird ein softwarebasiertes Finanz- und Anlagenbuchhaltungssystem mit integriertem Rechnungseingangsprozess sowie daran anknüpfend jährliche Schulungen der Mitarbeiter (5-10 Key-User Vorort) und Wartungsarbeiten ausgeschrieben. Der Echtbetrieb muss spätestens bis zum 01.06.2025 realisiert werden. Die Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen. Der geschätzte Auftragswert liegt oberhalb von 221.000 EUR netto.
