Description

Surrey County Council and its commissioning partners, the 11 borough and district councils within Surrey will shortly be tendering for a framework for the provision of external legal services including both general advice and specialist/advocacy services. The framework will be accessible by local authorities within Surrey, East Sussex and Berkshire. The tender will comprise of two separate panels for Authorised persons under the Legal Services Act 2007 to provide general advice and specialist/advocacy services. Each panel will comprise of three lots broadly covering the following areas of law: Care and Education, General and Commercial and Environment and Infrastructure.
