1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of various food products to Primary School No. 6 in Gdańsk. The order will be executed at the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer, according to the orders successively placed by the Ordering Party, for the execution of the order in a given part. The detailed description of the contract is set out in Annex 1a – Assortment and price form. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 8 lots. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for each lot (i.e. submit a tender for one or more lots). 3. Applicable to Parts 3 and 8: At the stage of performance of the contract, the Ordering Party has the right to request the Contractor to confirm with a document or statement that it offers products produced as part of primary production in accordance with the principles of GMP (Good Production Practice) - applies to farmers, within the meaning of the Act of 20 December 1990 on social insurance for farmers (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 90, as amended).
