Based on Article 69. of the Education in Primary and Secondary School Act (NN No: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23 and 156/23), the founder is required, under the conditions laid down in that article, to ensure the transport of primary school pupils. Consequently, a public procurement procedure is being carried out for the transport service for pupils of the Pirovac Elementary School for the school years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. Transport is carried out as a special transport exclusively to the lines of transport.
