Execution of supervision over the implementation of the Works and management of the Contract entitled: ‘Construction of the Mierzyna bypass within dk 10 (Dołuje-Szczecin section)’ The subject of the contract is the provision of the Service for the supervision of management and control and supervision of the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Contract’, the subject of which is: ‘Construction of the Mierzyn bypass within dk 10 (Dołuje-Szczecin section)’ under the conditions laid down in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contractual Conditions. The subject of the contract is in particular: a) management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate, b) conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Ordering Party, including, among others, with the Branch Director, Project Manager and communication positions in the GDDKiA Branch and in the City of Szczecin, c) fulfilling obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the current procedures of the beneficiary of FEnIKS projects 2021-2027 for the GDDKiA. d) providing investor supervision over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty reviews and supervising the removal of any defects/defects identified in warranty reviews, within the framework of the concluded Contract, e) supporting the GDDKiA and the City of Szczecin as a loyal and diligent advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, f) supervising works in the scope of additional tasks necessary for the performance of the Contract, arising during the performance of the Contract - awarded on the basis of the Public Procurement Law Act, g) constant monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors, Contractor documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with Consultant Teams supervising neighbouring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the rules and manner of proper execution of Contractor documents and construction works. If necessary, the Lead Consultant responsible for coordination at the intersection of Projects will be appointed by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform key tasks in person.
