Description

Development of the General Urban Plan (GUP) and the Local Urban Planning Regulation (LUR). The request for clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation will be sent through S.E.A.P. by accessing the section dedicated to CLARIFICARI REQUEST / QUESTIONS / COMMUNICATIONS at least 19 days before the deadline for submission of the tender. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the time limit laid down in the contract notice, the answers and questions relating to the tender documentation will be published in S.E.A.P. under the section ‘CLAIM REQUEST / QUESTIONS / COMMUNICATIONS’ and under the section ‘CLARIFICATION LIST, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS’ by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. In case of deferral of the deadline for submission of tenders will be extended accordingly (with the days of deferral).
